The To-Do scheme submitted in 2018 for planning permission achieved consent at last night’s Borough of Bexley Committee meeting. The scheme, located alongside Sidcup Station, comprises an improved retail offer and provides 59 residential units and associated facilities. A more ambitious scheme comprising of a foodstore and 130 PRS apartment units was originally proposed but had to be scaled down in response to local authority requirements.
